MC5 Control System 3 days
The course will be based on the latest Krauss Maffei MC 5 control system and new generation CX Injection Moulding Machine.
The replacement of precision control components requires the recalibration of Electro-Hydraulic and Electronic units within the system. The main objective of the course is therefore to enable the participants to confidently undertake the diagnostic and calibration procedures required for efficient maintenance and minimum machine downtime.
Course presentation is achieved by the use of Multimedia Visual Aids, KM MC5 Training Manual, Machine data sheets and Hands On practical work on a KM CX Series machine.
Day 1
Krauss Maffei C Series machine: - Machine Construction and Layout. - Video Console Operation. - Monitoring and Fault Indication. - On Screen Real Time Hydraulic Parameter Display.
Krauss Maffei MC 5 System Overview: - Video Console and Control Cabinet Components/Layout. - Stigmatek ฎ Main Controller. - Module Addressing & Component Identification.
Day 2
