Introduction to Robots – 2 days
The introduction to robots course is a 2 days course aimed at set up technicians and machine operators with experience of Krauss Maffei Injection Moulding machines but without experience of working with Krauss Maffei integrated robots. The learning goals for this course will be gaining competence in operating the robot via the integrated control and the teach box/handheld, or with handheld only to start up the robot along with the machine and respond correctly to any error messages.
The topics covered are:- Safety features, How the robot is built and operates, Basics of operation with the integrated control and hand held operator panel, Teach box and handheld operator panel, System set up and start up, Saving and loading data error messages, Hands on practice: operating and setting up the robot simulation of error messages.
Entrance requirement Krauss Maffei MC4 or MC5 familiarisation.
Day 1
Classroom Safety features, How the robot is build and operates, Teachbox and handheld operator panel, Operating the robot.
Day 2
Classroom loading and saving the basic programme, Starting up the machine with the robot responding correctly with error messages.
Machine room Hands on practice in production conditions. |
