Robot Programming – 2 days

 

 

The robot programming course is aimed at set up technicians and operators with experience of working with robots, and staff responsible for sampling and automation.

 

The learning goals for this course will be gaining competence in programming the robot via the integrated control by setting up complex processing sequences quickly and confidently.

 

The topics covered are:

 

             - Programming interface.

             - Command structure.

             - PC software LR-ON-PC (Only MC5).

             - Working with the basic programme.

             - Expanding and optimizing the software.

             - Hands on practices: modifying the basic programme.

             - Practice in adding to and optimizing the software.

 

Entrance requirement Introduction to robots completed.

 

Day 1

 

             - Classroom.

             - Programming interface.

             - Programme and command structure.

             - Introduction to PC software LR-On-PC (Only MC5).

             - The basic programme.

             - Modifying programme steps.

 

Machine Room

             - Hands on practice.

 

Day 2

 

             - Classroom.

             - Setting up complex processing sequences.

             - Optimizing the software.

             - Palletizing, conveyor belts.

 

Machine Room

             - Hands on practice under production conditions.
