However superior the machine, productivity can only be maximised if its quality is matched by that of its operator. For this reason, Krauss-Maffei runs a full range of specialist training courses, using state of the art display equipment and simulators in our specifically designed training centre at Warrington. Courses are led by skilled Krauss-Maffei service engineers, bringing their hard-earned everyday practical knowledge directly into the classroom. This is backed up with practical exercises on a hydraulic training rig and on MC5-controlled KM80-390CX machines in our showroom. Courses are designed to suit the full range of your employees' skills, and include general subjects, such as process training, as well as courses tailored to particular machines. Specific courses will often include material which is also applicable to other courses; for example pump calibration is fundamental to good machine operation and is therefore covered in the machine maintenance and electronics course. All courses run from 09.30 - 16.30, and include lunch, drinks and refreshments. If required, we can also offer on-site or bespoke training courses.
